One large gum tree removed and stump ground, another large gum skilfully pruned, plus other trees trimmed and shaped. Everything was cleaned up on completion and the property has never looked better. On time, a competitive quote and an outcome above and beyond expectations. Your website says it all: safe, efficient , affordable.
Thanks Bruce and team. I am pleased with the job you did and look forward to using your services in the future
Thanks so much for the great job removing our tree and pruning the other tree. The yard looks amazing.
Please tell your guys we’re delighted with the job they did. They were efficient, neat, careful, removed all the branches I required and even moved a light and a pot plant out of the way. They left the firewood neatly cut to the right size and stacked and they didn’t trample my plants.
We were exceptionally pleased with every single aspect of the job performed by Bruce and his team. They were respectful of some difficult neighbours, and they conducted themselves as true professionals throughout the job. They arrived on time, performed the job as quoted, and demonstrated flexibility to alter the job at our request. We were amazed that they could remove some very large, and inaccessible gum trees and clean up so thoroughly that there was no sign that they had even been there with a large crane and a team of 6 men. We would recommend them to anyone with confidence that they too will enjoy a similarly positive experience.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is an Arborist?
An Arborist is a person that studies and becomes qualified in the bio-mechanics of trees and undertakes all the practical aspects of tree surgery such as tree removal, tree pruning, tree maintanance and stump grinding. A qualified Arborist will hold a Certificate or Diploma in Arboriculture. Arborists can go by many names such as tree surgeons or tree loppers. Arborists can assist you with all tree relations issues.
Do I need council permission to prune or remove my trees?
In most cases, Yes, however it depends on your Local Government Area’s Tree Preservation Order and the tree preservation order exemptions. Some exemptions are:
- Tree within 3m metres of a house
- Dead tree
- Fallen tree
- Dropped branches
- Exotic tree species
Location of tree near buildings, pools, outbuildings and sewer lines. Tree roots in sewer lines can be a major cost and problem.

- Clear underlying vegetation such as shrubs (but not trees) on their property within 50 metres of a home.
For more information on this scheme and to check if your property is located in the designated area please visit https://www.rfs.nsw.gov.au/plan-and-prepare/1050-vegetation-clearing
Can you provide a quotation over the phone?

- the size and species of the tree
- property access
- if a crane is used
- if a elevated work platform is required
- is the tree stable enough to climb
Our Arborist’s need to see the tree and its location in order to provide a fair and accurate quotation.

Do your quotations include removal of the cuttings?
We provide a written professional, fixed price quote and Yes, all our quotes specify the removal of cuttings. You can keep the mulch or wood and branches cut to be used for firewood.

You are not required to be home at the time of the works unless you would like to be, of which we are more than happy for you to be there to watch as the work of tree removal is an art. On the day of works our team will only require access to the trees, no internal access to your home is required.
How will your team protect my property from damage during the works?

We are insured for the Amenity Tree Industry, which is tree pruning, trimming, repairing, maintaining, transplanting and removing trees and for wood chipping, stump grinding and for equipment used in such operations.
